Qi  Gong   Excercise  for your Immune System 
35 years ago, when I was studying acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine in Hang Zhou, China, all of the foreigners in my program quickly fell ill with very nasty respiratory conditions. We were treated with acupuncture, cupping, strong herbal remedies and antibiotics, but it just wasn't helping. One friend and I began practicing Tai Chi and Qi Gong with the local Chinese every morning before clinic. Incredibly, the two of us began to recover very quickly. The others did not and suffered through the entire program while my friend and I regained our good health. We were surprised by the effectiveness of these simple practices, but the Chinese weren't since Tai Chi and Qi Gong have long been used for health and wellness. Recent scientific studies also show that Tai Chi and Qi Gong are effective for improving the immune system (you can find numerous studies at NIH pubmed).
The following is a video I made for you to practice the simple Qi Gong exercise that helped me. Try to practice for just a few minutes, several times each day. Please stay well!
